Martin Voborník is a founding member of the VOBORNÍK·NIGRINI·KIPIEL law firm. After graduation from Law School he worked as a company lawyer in international business, focusing on investment and export support. During the following years of his apprenticeship and his work as an attorney he worked in prominent Czech and international law firms like Fiala, Profous, Maisner & spol., Burns Schwarz (later Brzobohaty, Broz & Honsa), where he specialised especially in the field of IT issues, intellectual property and insurance. He has been a Czech Bar Council member since 1996, a barrister since 1999.

JUDr. Richard Nigrini, LL.M., Ph. D., barrister/attorney at law

Richard Nigrini is a founding member of the VOBORNÍK·NIGRINI·KIPIEL law firm. After graduating from Law School he worked as a company lawyer in telecommunications services (procedural and private substantive law). During the following years of his apprenticeship and his work as an attorney he worked in both Czech and international law firms specialising in private clientele and global corporations, namely JUDr. Irena Holcova Law Firm (intellectual property rights), ECONOMY v.o.s. with JUDr. Robert Cepek, LL.M., Dr. (investment construction, retail and oil/petroleum chains), and JUDr. Alojz Baranik & Co. (IT rights). He has been a member of the Czech Bar Council since 1996, a barrister since 1999.

In the VOBORNÍK·NIGRINI·KIPIEL law firm he provides the general legal agenda focusing on investment construction, show business, advertising, printing, IT, private property administration and civil proceedings.

Richard Nigrini attended the annual conference of the International Bar Association (IBA) which took place in the Congress Centre in Prague on September 25-30, 2005.

During the electoral term of 2002-2006, Richard Nigrini served in several positions in the Prague City Council (ZHMP): as the chairman of the Economic Policy Committee, as well as a member of the Regional Development Committee and a member of the Property Commission of the Prague Council.

During the electoral term of 2002-2006, Richard Nigrini was also a member of the board of directors of TRADE CENTRE PRAHA a. s., a daughter company of the Prague City Council. This company deals with the administration of some of the buildings owned by the Prague City Council, as well as with the regional development of some properties owned by the Prague City Council.

JUDr. Rostislav Kipiel, barrister/attorney at law

Profile:

Rostislav Kipiel is a lawyer at the VOBORNÍK·NIGRINI·KIPIEL law firm. After graduation from the Faculty of Law he worked as a company lawyer specializing in foreign trade focused on the import and export of telecommunication and information technology. In the following years he worked as a company lawyer/specialist in prominent banking houses (Komerční banka, a.s., GE Money Bank, a.s.) where he focused especially on the issues of outstanding debt management and solutions, bankruptcy proceedings and insolvency (bankruptcy law) and further on bill of exchange/draft issues (draft law). In the last year before entering the legal profession he worked for a company in the GE Group, especially in the area of outstanding debt management, recovery and sales. He became member of the Czech Bar Association in 2009; he started to work as a lawyer in 2009.

His work at the VOBORNÍK·NIGRINI·KIPIEL law firm focuses on both the general agenda, as well as outstanding debt issues, including insolvency, draft law, commercial law and civil trials.
